Requirements for HTAF MRC CiC Award Holders

Monthly Reporting

All project teams are required to submit monthly reports to the HTAF Project Manager. Said reports should detail work carried out over the previous month, and show level of progress against milestones.

Final Report

Within one month of the project conclusion, each project lead/team will be required to submit a final report summarising the results and outputs of the project together with details of how the project team intends to use the results generated during the project in the future. In particular, details of any plans for the commercial exploitation of any intellectual property rights and results generated during the project.

Within 3 months following project completion each project lead/team will be required to provide the HTAF Project Manager with a summary, suitable for public disclosure, of:

  • The academic, economic, societal and/or technological impact created, or predicted to be created, as a result of the project
  • Any additional funding which the project team have secured in order to take forward the work carried out as part of the HTAF MRC CiC

Annual Post-Award Reporting

All project teams are required to provide project updates on an annual basis for six years post award completion. This report should detail any outputs arising from the project, such as publications, patents, spin-off companies, licensing etc, as well as any additional funding that has been secured in order to progress the work carried out as part of the HTAF MRC CiC. It is a requirement of the MRC that HTAF provides this outcome data. Failure to submit timely reports will preclude you from submitting an application to future funding calls.
